From now through March, each week CCC will surprise one person or family in our congregation with an unexpected sum of money to pay their bills that equals $1 times our weekly attendance. This money will be used to pay their bills, such as medical costs, mortgage or rent payment, paying off debt, keeping the bank from foreclosing on their home…on and on we could go. We pay their bills directly on their behalf.
We thank you for your nomination for the Dollar Club. As you can imagine, the number of requests received each week is simply overwhelming. There are so many people in need, which means there are many opportunities for all of us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in someone else’s life.
The following application is required for consideration for the Dollar Club. All information is required. Once the application is received, you will not be contacted again unles additional information is needed.
In the meantime, pray God’s leading will be made known regarding how we can best use these funds to bless others. One thing we have already learned is that we could give away $100,000 every week and still not meet the substantial needs of so many hurting, struggling people.
We respectfully ask you not to contact anyone on our staff regarding the decision-making process or status of your nomination. In general, those who are chosen by our comittee will be contacted within two weeks. If they don’t hear from us within that time period, it is likely that we’ve been led to assist another candidate.
