Pastor of Jr. High Ministries
Description of Responsibilities
This position specifically oversees the Junior High School department of Chandler Christian Church. This position will partner with the CCC staff in the development and implementation of purpose-driven Student Ministries for 7th through 8th grade students. A significant qualification is this person must possess a Christ-like character that is portrayed in all areas of the individual’s life and ministry experiences. Also, we expect a personal devotional life to be practiced for Spiritual sustenance, and loyalty to the Senior Pastor, the Executive Pastor, the staff and Elders of Chandler Christian Church. Other administrative duties will be assigned as agreed upon by the Lead Student Ministries Pastor, Executive Pastor, the Senior Pastor and the staff member.
The Pastor of Jr. High Ministries will be responsible to oversee all people, programs and processes within the Jr. High student ministries, especially Sunday mornings, mid-week programs, camps, partnership with the Bridge @ CCC programs, and mission trips.
